Knowledge management within organizations is becoming increasingly important to corporate productivity and being able to meet strategic goals and objectives. Microsoft’s Office 365 SaaS product is intended to provide that level of integration between collaborative technologies and the ever-ubiquitous Office suite to connect the dots for knowledge workers, making it easier to share, store, find and retain knowledge.
