Bamboo Solutions releases Time Tracking and Management 2.0 for SharePoint
SharePoint collaboration software provider Bamboo Solutions has released Time Tracking and Management 2.0, a real-time access and productivity solution for SharePoint 2010.
According to Bamboo Solutions, Time Tracking and Management 2.0 provides a scalable solution for tracking billable hours, approving timesheets, and creating time and cost reports. The software includes both a basic time-entry tool and more complex time-management capabilities, along with several new features:
- Auto and bulk approvers: New groups expedite timesheet approval by identifying users whose timesheets can be approved on submission, or by allowing timesheet managers to approve all items on a page with a single click
- Update timesheets: Timesheet managers can now make changes to a timesheet prior to approval. All changes are recorded, and end users can view the change history to see who made what modifications
- Improved timesheet entry: Design and functionality enhancements to the Web interface, with added flexibility in exposing user IDs, and an end-user option to associate comments with individual tasks
Time Tracking and Management 2.0 also adds integration with Bamboo's Project Management Central solution. More information on Time Tracking and Management 2.0 is available here.
