2 Prepare. Search through the class & session listing on the website and identify the classes & sessions you want to take, and explain why the topics relate to your SharePoint and Office 365 efforts of working toward working smarter, collaborating, and increasing productivity. You'll always find something that fits your specific needs.
3 Justify. Go in armed with all the necessary materials to make a good case for how your attending SPTechCon will help your company to work smarter, collaborate, and increasing productivity, thus impacting the overall bottom-line.
4 Share. Promise to come back from SPTechCon and hold a brown-bag lunch session to share what you've learned with your colleagues - or even conduct formal training within your company.
5 Plan. Tell management that after you attend SPTechCon, you'll make specific action plans and recommendations to improve how your company uses and leverage SharePoint/Office 365.
6 Relate. Show how specific problems or issues you've recently encountered fit with the many classes at SPTechCon, and discuss the types of discussions you'll have with the conference faculty.
